7. Steel wire spacing: 40mm

7. Production capacity: about 22T/D (Φ3.0mm, DV value 70, 24 hours accounting)

About 10T/D (Φ1.4mm, DV value 70, 24 hours accounting)

9. Pay-off method: passive pay-off of the spool

Production Process :
I-wheel passive pay-off → steel wire heat treatment furnace → steel wire air cooling → tempered water cleaning → turbulent smokeless pickling → overflow water cleaning → assisting plating → hot air drying treatment → hot dip galvanizing → wiping → cooling → inverted Style
